Who publishes this site

AIxSci (aixsci.org) is published by Captivated Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15936109, registered office Electric Works C/O Captivated Ltd, 3 Concourse Way, Sheffield, United Kingdom, S1 2BJ. Contact: [email protected].

What the articles are

Each article describes how artificial intelligence was used in one published piece of research, from a structured record of that paper checked by a person. An article describes the research; it does not assess whether its findings are correct, and it is not scientific, medical, legal or professional advice. For the research itself, read the paper, which every article links to.

Accuracy and corrections

We work to make every article accurate, and every quotation is checked against the paper's text. Where something is wrong, tell us at [email protected]; a correction is published as a new version of the record, and earlier versions are kept. We cannot promise the site is free of errors or always available.

The papers' own material

The papers described here are published under a Creative Commons Attribution licence. Short quotations from them, and the figures shown on some articles, remain the work of their authors and are reproduced under that licence, with the authors and the source credited beside them. Figures are resized; they are not otherwise altered.

Reusing our material

The site's text, design and the structured records are © Captivated Ltd. We intend to publish the records under an open licence; until we do, please ask at [email protected] before reusing them beyond short quotation with attribution. Linking to any page is always welcome.

Other sites

Articles link to papers and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the site's content; the research it describes should be read at its source.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
